Shwedagon pagoda, Rangoon, Burma
Shwedagon pagoda is the most sacred place of Rangoon, the capital city of Burma.
Some 2500 years old, the temple is made of more than 80 altars and chapels around the pagoda.
The pagoda itself is a 100 meters high spire, covered with 8000 plates of gold,
and the summit is decorated with 5000 diamonds.
